Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered across Pakistan within 3–7 working days, depending on your city and courier service availability. Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most cities in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel directly through the courier website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to two or three times. If the parcel remains undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us.
